What's Included in the HOA Dues
Our HOA dues cover a variety of services for our community including:
- General maintenance and upkeep of our common areas such as the club house
- Snow removal and upkeep of the parking areas
- Water, internet and cable services and garbage removal
- Maintenance of the roof and building structure
- Association Insurance Policy
HOA Dues are also used for major renovation work.
